Help take product from concept to production: Document the design and interface with sourcing and manufacturing functions to properly build the machine to satisfy the design intent - addressing reliability, performance and cost. .
Role: Control System based modelling
C++ and Simulink code Creation
Virtual machines run on pcs to simulate what the machine will do - then Auto Code generation from the model (removing the need to actually program)
Specification of Machine Control Logic
Simulate using hardware in the loop practices to deliver a working solution to operate and confirm machine performance for market release.
Apply full machine design and validation to establish specific work plans that integrate the I/O management and resulting requirements from machine components
Review design work and confirm design adequacy using design requirement specifications / P&ID’s, FMEA’s and formal design review processes.
Resolve design review results and apply sound engineering design practices to define the best design options that balance cost and performance.
Essential Requirements
Model based control systems - Model simulation of control system
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Systems and Controls Engineering or Software engineering or electrical / electronic engineering
MSME or Equivalent
Systems and Controls Engineering: Simulink
Programming languages: C++
